I have worked as a Supporting Artiste in both Film & TV, for almost 5 years now; firstly, for around 4 years in my early-20's. And now having taken this back on in the recent year, in my late-30's. To aid me hopefully securing Police-led filming work, I have a comprehensive Police Uniform*. My Uncle used to run a Theatre company, and has kindly given me some Police Uniform he accumulated over the years, that I trust may help me embody a part / add-value to a production even more – hopefully in a Walk-On 2/3 capacity. Amongst other Supporting Artiste filming, notable TV Soaps I have worked on include Hollyoaks, Emmerdale and Coronation Street - with walk-on and minor speaking parts in all the latter. Indeed, I have been cast as regular SA on Emmerdale as a 'Prison Guard', after attending an interview at ITV in Leeds to be chosen for this. For the big-screen, I was recently cast in Summer 2022, for an upcoming Bollywood Film called 'Brown Boys'. In this I have shorts bits of dialogue across different scenes, as a credited 'Police Constable'. I understand that this Film will be broadcast to a huge potential audience, on most major OTT platforms across Asia and Europe. In late-2022, I was chosen to be part of a TV Advert for Hyundai, which was filmed to celebrate the World Cup Football in Qatar. In the narrative, I was chosen to be a News Reporter for this filming at the DW Stadium in Wigan, shouting questions at Footballer / Coach Steven Gerrard as he leaves the pitch at Half-Time. Although this was a busy scene with several people in-shot, I was chosen to fulfil a more integral role in the Advert, which was given direction throughout by the Director. Still in 2022, I was also chosen as the main Actor for a Toolstation Advert, which will be shown in late-2022 on their Web Channel 'On the Tools'. In this comedy-led project, I was filmed in a number of locations in Birmingham, walking-and-talking in a voice similar to that of Comedian Paul Whitehouse when he played The Fast Show character, in the sketch 'Int Milk Brilliant?' back in the 1990's. With a number of paragraphs of funny dialogue, I was essentially advertising 'Aren't Tools Brilliant?'. I have worked on-set with Actors like Ray Winstone, Patsy Kensit, Mankirt Aulakh, et al. And I have always been professional, kept quiet when required to, and listened clearly when being given instruction by production staff. I mention this, as I can offer similar assurance through this previous work, that I would provide your clients with the same level of professionalism when working. I have registered with the UK Film and Television Registration Scheme which verifies and enables me to carry / wear Police Uniform, for the purposes of filming work.
