Rate Card

* Payment for 15 minutes overtime (see Clause 9)
Holiday pay is calculated at 10.77%.

Non-performance call up to four hours

Non-performance calls that exceed 4 hours are payable at the full Basic Daily Rate.

Supplementary Fees

Meal Breaks & Travel Allowances

The following are all separately applicable, as per the stipulations in Clause 10 of the PACT/FAA Agreement

Late Lunch - a broken meal payment is due on a Standard Day/Night call if no meal break is given within 6 hours of call time (or from 7am with adequate food).
Short Lunch - a broken meal payment is due on a Standard Day/Night call if the meal break is less than 1 hour in length.
Short Supper - broken meal payments are due if 2nd 1 hour meal break/supper is not given with 13 hours of call time.

All rates include holiday pay.

Meal Allowances

Where meals are not provided by production under Clause 10.6, meal allowances are payable in accordance with HMRC guidelines. These rates shall be subject to any amendments to HMRC guidelines.
