Responsibilities:

- Collaborated with emergency services personnel to simulate real-life medical emergencies in training environments, enhancing the skills of first responders.
- Developed realistic medical scenarios that covered a wide range of situations, including trauma, cardiac events, and respiratory distress, to ensure comprehensive training for emergency services teams.
- Played various roles (patient, bystander, etc.) to provide authentic feedback and insights, helping participants improve their communication, assessment, and intervention skills.
- Assisted in evaluating the performance of emergency responders during drills, offering constructive criticism to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Maintained up-to-date knowledge of medical protocols and emergency response techniques to ensure the accuracy and relevance of role play scenarios.
- Facilitated debriefing sessions post-scenario to discuss outcomes, challenges faced, and areas for improvement, promoting a reflective learning environment.
