Since 2012, appeared in 300+ film, TV, and commercial productions as a supporting artiste, performing walk-on roles, special action, creative contributions, and non-scripted dialogue. Roles have included civilians, policemen, military personnel, security staff, and MI5 agents, including work as a stunt double handling firearms for a Sky TV production.

SPACT & Martial Arts Training

SPACT Training:Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and submission grappling, with additional experience in MMA and boxing.

Performance Skills:Strong foundation in combat movement, fight choreography, and practical martial arts; skilled in sequence recall, controlled contact, on-set safety, and high-level physical conditioning.

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu:Intermittent training since 2000; 18 months at Gracie Barra London Bridge (2011), progressed to four stripes on white belt, approaching blue belt.

Grappling & Wrestling: No-gi grappling, submission wrestling, open mat sparring; Greco-Roman and freestyle wrestling.

Striking & MMA: Six months boxing (16oz glove sparring); six months MMA covering striking, wrestling, wall work, kickboxing, and no-gi grappling.
